  We watched the Wimbledon Gentleman's Final here, that fine spectacle which featured 30 games in the fifth set.  We even sat in the smoking section, which afforded a better view of the small television with a blurry screen. We enjoyed both breakfast and lunch, such was our need to watch a fluorescent ball continually plant itself in blades of grass at 100mph.  It was exhausting.
  
  But I digress.
  
  We scanned the menu of breakfast skillets, omelets, burgers, and comfort foods and finally decided on the Iron Breakfast skillet (bacon, eggs, potatoes, onions, mushrooms, and charred green and red peppers) and a sausage and cheese omelet with hash browns and toast. The skillets take extra time to prepare, so we watched a set and drew on our napkins as plates of fries, sandwiches, and egg specials rolled out from the kitchen.
  
  Finally, our breakfast appeared, the skillet so hot that it warmed the Formica table and hissed when I pressed a hunk of potato on its cast iron handle. Feverishly, we tucked into our meals, alternating bites with glances at the screen and occasional yelps. The skillet's ingredients were tasty and nicely cooked, but the omelet was your average three egg and American cheese preparation fried in butter. The sausage had a distinctive flavor, though, and may have been local. Unfortunately, the toast resembled a cracker, and was served with congealed whipped margarine. Our second meal was equally average, but sustained us through most of the last set.  
  
  Still, our served was a sweetheart, and had no qualms with us occupying one of her booths for a few hours. And, she kept the water coming, and brought out a decent funnel cake for us to share. Average, but comfortable.
